To improve the safety at one of our clients plants, we recently upgraded their sockets to prevent the possibility of injury by fitting a higher specification of socket combination unit.
In a room where steam and water are present these sockets offer safety with their seamless panel design, and high IP rating.
This photograph shows our work after installing a row of dual combimation units. Much safer than the previous sockets.
Process flow maintenance
As you can see in this photo, there are complex process flow plant and equipment dominating the production zone.
We are multi skilled for work of this type, using our knowledge of working on both machinery and electrics, and drawing on our experience of working in wet and dry processing plants.
Concrete plinth removal
Some factories are quite old, and often some part of the internal layout needs altering as the business needs to change its way of working.
This photo shows us removing a concrete plinth to help create a larger working space for extra assembly line fittings.
Manual and electronic testing
Maintaining a high volume production service is vital, machinery like this gets worked hard. Any unplanned interruption is costly.
Here we are testing wiring and circuits during a periodic inspection. During this down-time, there's an opportunity for us to identify any issues and present a report for management.
Design and maintain flow machinery
This is a typical photo showing us about to start repair and maintenance work on a process flow conveyor.
Our ability to work on both the mechanical and electrical engineering aspects of machinery means we are able to complete most tasks ourselves. No need to have several companies to manage.
Night working is efficient
We work in production areas wiring, installing, and repositioning equipment within your process flow zones, like this one.
Often working at night to help minimise disruption and eleviate health and safety concerns.
Creating office space
In this photo, we were tasked with designing and installing an office space within a local factory.
We used design software to draw the layout and calculate the specifications, and installed the office area during a quiet period one evening.
All the fabrication, electrics and design works were done by ourselves, and as you can see it's helped to create a dedicated working space within the production area.
Tidy electrical installation every time
In this photo we were required to install new lighting, so here we are preparing the trunking and rails above the ceiling area prior to wiring the electrics in.
We often find ourselves working in limited or confined spaces, but this area seems quite easy to work in.
Efficient lighting aids safe working
This piece of work was within a warehouse, which required a lighting upgrade and the testing of it's emergency lights.
Much power can be wasted with inefficient lights, so reviewing the energy consumption of the luminaires of a large building like this is important. Good visual space is also essential, and more modren lighting often offers both cost savings and performance.
Affordable effective curtaining
We often fit vinyl curtaining within warehouses, especially when there's a need to have continued access through sections, and to be control the room temperatures.
This installation helped maintain temperatures for a refrigerated area. This is a very safe and cost effective way to operate, and is often used in goods manufacturers, and distribution and logistics storage depots.
Venting and good air circulation
For environmental and health and safety compliance, some manufacturers require industrial ventilation and extraction units installing, such as these.
We fabricate bespoke items in our own workshop, or buy in from suppliers of any larger standardised products we need.
Clinical work space
In this mnaufacturing company, we had to assist with the installation of the machine by connecting the power and improving the overhead lighting.
The machine sits in a very clinical space, and good vision throughout this space was important to work on this piece of process flow equipment.
